JOBELA is a digital workforce platform that brings companies, candidates and trusted recruitment partners into one structured system. Instead of relying only on the CVs that happen to arrive, employers search a pool of verified candidates. Candidates create a profile once and become visible for relevant opportunities - in Serbia, across the region and on international markets.

From search to request

Every company registers and goes through verification. Once approved, it can search candidates by profession, experience, skills, languages, availability and other relevant criteria. When a profile fits, the company sends a request through JOBELA.

From there, the process moves forward only when there is mutual interest. The next steps are coordinated and the appropriate employment model is agreed. Depending on the position and arrangement, a candidate may be employed directly by the company or through us. In both cases, the terms, responsibilities and all important details are clearly explained before an offer is accepted.

Anonymous until the candidate says yes

The platform rests on one simple rule: employers see skills, not personal contact details. The JOBELA team reviews and approves every profile before it enters the candidate pool, and companies browse an anonymised professional profile. Names, phone numbers, e-mail addresses and CV files are not shown to employers.

When a company is interested, the candidate is contacted and decides whether to move forward. Contact details are passed on only with the candidate's consent. Registration, profile verification and employer connections are free for candidates.

Partner agencies, one consistent standard

JOBELA also works with verified partner agencies. Agency registration is free, and the JOBELA team reviews the agency information before activating the account. Agencies then add candidate profiles with profession, experience, education, languages, availability and relevant documentation, and each profile is reviewed before it becomes available to employers.

All profiles are presented in one consistent format, which makes it easier for employers to identify suitable people. When an employer is interested in an agency's candidate, the process continues through JOBELA, and interviews, documentation and international employment steps are coordinated with the relevant parties where applicable.

Plans for companies, from local to international hiring

Company registration is free, and every approved company starts on the Free Trial plan. The paid plans - Basic, Professional and Enterprise - open more candidate profiles, more search filters and more requests, so a company can move up whenever it needs to.

• For selected international placements: support with documentation, work and residence permits, travel, arrival, accommodation and meals, depending on the agreed arrangement.

Services related to international recruitment are not automatically included in a platform plan - they are agreed and charged separately.
