The rights you have over your personal data on Jobela, and how to exercise them.
1. What this notice covers
This page explains the rights that the General Data Protection Regulation gives you over the personal data we process about you. It complements our Privacy Policy, which describes what we collect and why.
2. Who is responsible for your data
The controller is DIVIA CONSALTING DOO, temporary employment agency, Marka Aurelija bb, 22000 Sremska Mitrovica, Serbia (Company reg. no. 21835021, Tax ID / VAT no. 113264619, Ministry of Labour licence no. 152-02-256/2020-02), the company that operates the Jobela platform. 3. On what basis we process data
We process personal data on the basis of your consent, of the contract between you and us, and of our legal obligations. The basis that applies to each category of data will be listed in the final version.
4. Right of access
You may ask us to confirm whether we process data about you and to receive a copy of that data, together with information on why we process it and who has received it.
5. Right to rectification
If any data we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you may correct it yourself in your profile or ask us to correct it for you.
6. Right to erasure
You may ask us to delete your account and the personal data linked to it. We will do so unless we are required by law to keep certain records; in that case we will tell you which data we must retain and for how long.
7. Right to data portability
You may ask for the data you gave us in a common, machine-readable format, so that you can transfer it to another service.
8. Right to object and to restrict processing
You may object to processing that is based on our legitimate interest, and you may ask us to restrict processing while an objection or a correction request is being resolved.
9. Withdrawing consent
Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
10. How to exercise your rights
Send your request from the email address linked to your account to info@jobela.co. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act. The deadline in which we answer is set by law and will be stated here in the final version.
11. Complaint to the supervisory authority
If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you may lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority. Its name and contact details will be stated here in the final version.
