Who we are

A hiring platform built around how hiring actually works

JOBELA was created from real experience in recruitment and workforce management. We saw the same challenge again and again: companies were searching for the right people, while qualified candidates were looking for the right opportunities - but the process between them was often slow, fragmented and unnecessarily complicated.

So we built the platform that was missing.

JOBELA brings companies, candidates and trusted recruitment partners into one structured system. Employers can search a verified candidate pool instead of relying only on incoming CVs, while candidates can create a profile once and become visible for relevant opportunities.

For international recruitment, we also support the additional steps that come with cross-border employment - from documentation and permits to arrival and onboarding.

Anonymised by default Companies never see passport numbers, addresses, phone numbers, email or personal ID data. Full documentation stays with platform administrators.
One administrator, not a scramble Every enquiry reaches one named coordinator who knows the file - instead of three parties copying each other on email threads.
Verified people, not uploaded CVs Profiles are checked and approved before they become visible. What a company reads has been confirmed by us or by a partner agency we work with.
Workers never pay Registration is free for candidates and it stays free. The employer covers the cost of the service - no hidden charges anywhere in the process.
